Welcome to "Agriculture at SHS"!  For the first term this year the classes offered are;  Small Animal Science, dealing with companion animals; Natural Resource Mangement, dealing with understanding our resources and how to manage them for sustainability; and Plant and Earth Science, dealing with understanding our soil, it's relationship with plants, and some of the plants we depend on for our survival. 

Agriculture is the #1 industry in the nation!  Agriculture is such a broad subject area, it's not just about farming any more. I happened upon an interesting quote the other day that really sums up the importance of production agriculture to our lives, it's good food for thought...
